- Outbound & Inbound Trade Missions. The MIDC conducts trade missions to Israel for Maryland business executives and hosts Israeli business delegations in Maryland. The key component of missions and delegation visits is the one-on-one meetings the MIDC arranges for the business people with their counterparts so they can explore mutually beneficial business opportunities.
- Conferences & Seminars. The MIDC conducts conferences and seminars to feature business opportunities and trends between Maryland and Israeli companies.
- Partnership 2000. A sister-city relationship exists between The ASSOCIATED: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore and the city of Karmiel and surrounding Misgav region in northern Israel. The MIDC conducts the economic development functions for the partnership, working closely with companies located in the local high tech business incubator.
- Publications. The MIDC publishes the Maryland/Israel Trade News, a quarterly email newsletter sent to nearly 3,500 Maryland and Israeli business executives and officials describing economic opportunities.
