Welcome Peter Telem!

Peter Telem recently joined MIDC as Director of Business Development. He will be working closely with Barry Bogage to promote the establishment of new Maryland-based business ventures for Israeli companies.

For the past 25 years Peter served as President of Telem Adhesive Search Corp., a Search Firm dedicated to the specialty chemical industry. He plays an active role in Jewish/Zionist organizations such as Chizuk Amuno Congregation's Israel Outreach Committee, the Baltimore Zionist District and THE ASSOCIATED’s Baltimore-Ashkelon Partnership.

Peter lived in Israel for almost 15 years. He held various positions as a member of Kibbutz Gezer, including Business Manager and Operations Manager for Netzach Chemicals. An Israel Defense Forces veteran, he served as a member of an airborne anti-tank brigade.  Peter and his wife Deborah have raised three children: Adee, Michal, and Elan. All five family members hold dual Israeli-American citizenship.
